- New Hampshire: $45.00 for digital gift. Recipient will make recipe and order their bottle that includes free shipping to a New Hampshire residence within 3-7 business days.
- Kentucky Shipping: $47.70 for digital gift. Recipient will make recipe and order their bottle to be shipped to a Kentucky address.
- D.C. Shipping: $45.00 for digital gift. Recipient will make recipe and order their bottle to be shipped to a D.C. address.
