Step 1: Choose Your Custom Bourbon Experience Reservation Date & Time

Embark on your custom bourbon experience at Barrels & Billets. Get started by purchasing tickets at tickets.barrelsandbillets.com.

Distillery hours:

Monday: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Tuesday: Closed

Wednesday-Thursday: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Friday-Saturday: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Sunday: 1 p.m. – 6 p.m.

Step 2: Arrive at Barrels & Billets

Each group will be welcomed by our Barrels & Billets host and directed to their table.

Step 3: Enjoy the Golden Age of Whiskey

You will receive all materials needed for the experience including six different bourbons and tasting materials. The experience takes about 45 minutes.

Step 4: Buy Your Private Stock Bottle & It Will Be Ready Before You Leave (OPTIONAL)

During the experience, you will taste various bourbon profiles. At the end, you can create your personal recipe! Choose to have your custom bourbon quickly bottled onsite for $55.

Step 5: Enjoy The Bar (OPTIONAL)

The experience allows guests to learn whiskey history and create bourbon recipes in about one hour. At the end of the experience, each participant will be able to purchase à la carte tastings and flights while custom bottles are made!
